Because we custom create each order and do not carry inventory we have a unique return policy. We’re happy to help you with sizing and new custom designs. Feel free to contact us before placing the order if you have any questions. We really want you to enjoy our products, that’s why it’s essential that you read our Return Policy below.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original package.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and notify you. We will then let you know the status of your refund.
If your return is approved we will initiate a credit to your original method of payment minus 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. An email will notify you of this transaction.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items.
There is a 20% re-stocking fee. The 20% is calculated using the full price without any discounts.
